Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Drepotech's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Drepotech provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, backend systems, and cloud solutions. The specific scope of work will be defined in separate project agreements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins and progress payments throughout the project. Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the custom code developed specifically for their project. Drepotech retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the development process.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Drepotech's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
